Over the past year, the City's project team has prepared a draft Vision Framework Diagram and a series of emerging concepts for both the Northern and Southern Riverfronts.

On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at their regular meeting, the Redding City Council will receive a presentation regarding refinements to the Emerging Redding Riverfront Concepts.

On August 26, 2025, the Redding Planning Commission will receive a presentation summarizing the Redding Riverfront Specific Plan update process to date and provide feedback to staff on the emerging concepts and alternatives being considered for the riverfront.
